Alternative Investments Sales Strategy Analyst
Overview
Bank of America seeks a professional to lead planning execution and follow-up of educational events focused on Alternative Investments. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver in-person and virtual experiences for financial advisors clients and prospective clients. The analyst manages multiple workstreams ensuring seamless delivery from initial planning through post-event reporting while adhering to firm policies and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do8
- 1Manage project timelines meeting milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent events
- 2Partner with Alternative Investments specialists Origination Private Markets and Hedge Fund partners Marketing Event Supervision and local market teams to coordinate logistics and content
- 3Facilitate pre-event approval processes ensuring all materials invitations agendas and communications receive appropriate approvals
- 4Work closely with Event Supervision to ensure adherence to firm policies regulatory requirements and event governance standards
- 5Oversee attendee management registration communications speaker coordination and event logistics
- 6Execute post-event activities including attendee reporting follow-up communications documentation expense reconciliation and performance tracking
- 7Build and maintain strong relationships with internal line of business partners and external third-party firms
- 8Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency streamline processes and enhance the overall event experience
Requirements5
- 12-4+ years experience in financial services
- 2Knowledge and/or experience in alternative investments
- 3Hold or attain Series 7 and 66 licenses within 120 days of hire
- 4Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and meet clearly defined measurements
- 5Self-motivated adaptive positive attitude and high energy
