Overview
Accenture's Finance Reinvention practice seeks a Senior Alliance Director to scale strategic partnerships with OneStream and Tagetik. You will own partner-led transformation deals, joint go-to-market strategies, and executive relationships, driving measurable business outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams across Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI, you will enable clients to modernize finance operations. This role demands 10+ years in alliances and a proven record of building C-level relationships.
What You'll Do8
- 1Define target markets and joint industry solutions with OneStream and Tagetik partners to drive client value.
- 2Grow partner practices by evaluating capabilities, driving certification, and enabling co-sell motions.
- 3Develop and maintain GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and repeatable sales tools.
- 4Support field teams in complex enterprise transformation deals, accelerating velocity and sales cycles.
- 5Coordinate events, webinars, and content to generate partner-led pipeline.
- 6Build senior-level relationships with partner and Accenture leadership to execute joint growth strategies.
- 7Establish governance routines, pipeline tracking, scorecards, and metrics reporting.
- 8Travel as needed (25% to 100%) to meet business and client requirements.
Requirements8
- 110+ years in strategic alliances, partner/channel sales, or business development with 5+ years carrying revenue targets.
- 25+ years expertise with OneStream and Tagetik.
- 35+ years deep expertise in enterprise technology including Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI.
- 45+ years building C-level relationships and influencing global and regional leadership.
- 55+ years creating and maintaining GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and repeatable sales tools.
- 65+ years developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pre-sales and proposal development.
- 75+ years mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
- 8Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
