What You'll Do11
- 1Provide professional cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial customers
- 2Perform air duct cleaning dryer vent cleaning carpet cleaning upholstery cleaning tile and grout cleaning water damage mitigation and restoration
- 3Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
- 4Inspect customer properties and recommend services based on their needs
- 5Complete jobs safely efficiently and according to company quality standards
- 6Operate cleaning and restoration equipment properly
- 7Protect customer property by preparing work areas and moving furniture when necessary
- 8Assist team members and support lead technicians as needed
- 9Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment in clean organized condition
- 10Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- 11Represent the company professionally through appearance communication and workmanship
Requirements11
- 1Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2Previous experience in air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning
- 3Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Professional attitude and appearance
- 6Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
- 7Preferred experience in carpet cleaning upholstery cleaning tile & grout cleaning or water restoration
- 8Sales experience or confidence recommending services that benefit customers
- 9Desire to learn new skills and advance into leadership roles
- 10Strong problem-solving skills
- 11Commitment to integrity quality and customer satisfaction
