What You'll Do9
- 1Design and optimize prompts for OpenAI GPT, Claude, and Gemini to power insurance copilots and agents.
- 2Build RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge bases and policy docs with Vector Databases and embeddings.
- 3Develop agentic workflows using function calling, tools, and orchestration frameworks like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- 4Ship production-ready React applications with TypeScript for customer and agent interfaces.
- 5Build REST APIs and microservices with Python Flask to integrate AI services.
- 6Connect AI apps to enterprise systems via APIs, handling structured and unstructured data.
- 7Implement prompt evaluation and monitoring to drive accuracy and reliability.
- 8Lead proof-of-concepts and rapid prototyping for new AI features.
- 9Maintain documentation and AI governance controls aligned with compliance.
Requirements9
- 14+ years in software engineering with modern web stack: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
- 22+ years building AI-powered apps with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- 3Hands-on with Python Flask, REST APIs, and microservices.
- 4Experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini APIs.
- 5Proficiency in RAG, Vector Databases, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- 6Knowledge of SQL databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- 7Cloud and DevOps exposure: Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- 8Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
