Overview
The AI Lead will own the design and delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions at scale. They will architect GenAI systems, LLM-based workflows, and multi-agent interactions across cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development in Python, API integration, and cloud services. You’ll lead a team to deliver impactful AI capabilities while shaping the technical direction and architecture.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build end-to-end GenAI solutions and Python-driven pipelines that scale across multi-agent workflows
- 2Design LLM-driven architectures and integration patterns that enable reliable agent coordination
- 3Lead technical delivery, code quality, and architecture decisions for AI projects in GCP and related cloud services
- 4Collaborate with product and data teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- 5Drive delivery milestones, ensure operational stability, and mentor junior engineers
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2Strong hands-on experience with Python and API integration
- 3Deep expertise in Generative AI, GenAI architectures, and multi-agent systems
- 4Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform
- 5Experience leading technical teams and delivering AI projects on time
- 6Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders
