Overview
You will design and develop LLM-based AI agents that reason, plan, and execute tasks. You will build multi-agent orchestration workflows and enable agents to interact with enterprise systems through APIs and databases. Working in an onsite role in Dallas or Charlotte, you will collaborate with a team focused on Java and Spring Boot backend engineering. What You'll Do7
- 1Design LLM-based agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution within the first 90 days.
- 2Build multi-agent orchestration workflows to coordinate complex task sequences.
- 3Integrate agents with enterprise systems through REST APIs, databases, and internal tools.
- 4Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- 5Ship REST APIs that support AI-driven workflows and external integrations.
- 6Debug and tune agent behavior to improve reliability and response quality.
- 7Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to align agent capabilities with business needs.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
- 23+ years building microservices and REST APIs.
- 32+ years with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and agent design.
- 4Hands-on with multi-agent orchestration and tool use.
- 5Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems via APIs and databases.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC.
Salary Insight
$125 - $131k per year
