Overview
The AI Innovation Analyst owns cross functional AI enablement initiatives at scale within RCA helping executives and field teams turn AI ideas into secure measurable solutions. This hybrid role blends business analysis project management and hands on AI facilitation with a focus on practical business value. You will collaborate with executives IT Security Data and external vendors to document use cases pilot AI prototypes and promote responsible adoption across the organization. This role emphasizes practical enterprise AI enablement rather than pure data science.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build practical AI use cases with business users and coordinate pilots to production readiness
- 2Design and run AI workshops with executives managers and staff to translate needs into requirements
- 3Coordinate AI projects from intake to pilot with clear scope milestones and risk management
- 4Support configuration development of AI prototypes and pilots ensuring governance security and data access
- 5Measure outcomes track adoption and communicate lessons learned to leadership
- 6Serve as a translator between business teams IT Security Data vendors and leadership
- 7Develop prompt templates AI playbooks and user enablement materials
- 8Capture and maintain an AI portfolio including ideas pilots tools owners costs and outcomes
- 9Enable safe scalable AI adoption by promoting responsible AI practices and controls
- 10Collaborate with field operations sales finance service HR and IT to identify friction where AI adds value
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering Cybersecurity or related field
- 24+ years of experience in business analysis project management technology implementation data analytics automation or digital transformation
- 3Demonstrated interest in generative AI automation analytics or enterprise AI tools
- 4Experience gathering requirements documenting workflows facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating needs into solutions
- 5Experience coordinating cross functional projects with business technical and leadership stakeholders
- 6Ability to communicate with both senior executives and staff level users in a clear credible practical manner
- 7Strong analytical skills assessing business value feasibility risk and adoption considerations
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 9Strong organizational skills managing multiple pilots tasks stakeholders and deadlines
- 10Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Teams Excel PowerPoint and collaboration platforms
