What You'll Do11
- 1Identify and prioritize AI use cases to boost business performance and operational efficiency
- 2Lead AI proof-of-concepts pilots and adoption initiatives
- 3Analyze business processes design future-state workflows using AI automation and analytics
- 4Document business requirements process flows user stories and functional specifications
- 5Support global programs across multiple business functions
- 6Develop operational playbooks governance models and standard operating procedures
- 7Design AI enabled dashboards scorecards and executive reporting solutions chatbots and actionable insights
- 8Partner with IT stakeholders and vendors to evaluate technology solutions
- 9Create training materials and knowledge assets using AI tools
- 10Conduct AI knowledge sessions with team members
- 11Drive transformation initiatives from concept through execution
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Data Analytics or related field
- 212+ years experience in Business Analysis Program Operations Strategy or Digital Transformation
- 3Minimum 3+ years hands-on AI evaluation implementation experience
- 4Expertise with ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Vertex AI Gemini AI agents and workflow automation platforms
- 5Strong understanding of Generative AI prompt engineering and business process automation
- 6Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- 7Proficiency with Google Suite of tools
- 8Experience supporting global programs operations or transformation initiatives
- 9Familiarity with AI governance training and adoption programs
- 10Knowledge of Power BI Tableau Looker and enterprise analytics platforms
- 11Understanding of Agile methodologies product management and PRM CRM systems
