AI Infrastructure Engineer - Arcade
Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Partner closely with Head of Engineering to define and hire exceptional engineering talent and deliver a recruiting process that impresses candidates and hiring teams.
- 2Map and warm relationships with technical talent across dynamic pipelines staying active in the market and activating whole team networks.
- 3Own pipeline health by tracking engineering search status and providing talent-intelligence insights on landscape and competitor trends.
- 4Level up existing processes to make interview loops, scorecards, and candidate experiences industry-leading.
- 5Act as a trusted voice in hard conversations about AI agent tools and recruitment strategy.
- 6Automate sourcing and screening using creative methods beyond LinkedIn and traditional tools.
- 7Communicate with clarity and candor, moving through tough moments with directness and care.
- 8Build automations and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and screen talent effectively.
Requirements9
- 16+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering in early-stage or high-growth startups with a high hiring bar.
- 2Phenomenal senior recruiting partner who raises teams and improves processes.
- 3Expertise in sourcing beyond LinkedIn, tapping networks of expert teams.
- 4Technical fluency to discuss infra APIs auth and AI, reading resumes for real signal.
- 5Ability to serve as a trusted voice in difficult conversations about messaging and processes.
- 6Builder mindset: automations AI-assisted workflows and tooling hacks.
- 7Bonus: experience recruiting for dev tools infrastructure API AI agent companies.
- 8Proven growth scaling in engineering org during high-growth phases.
- 9Strong belief in AI transforming how we work and prioritizing human connections in recruiting.
Salary Insight
$185 - $255k per year
