What You'll Do11
- 1Partner closely with Head of Engineering to design and execute a full-cycle hiring process from role calibration to close
- 2Own pipeline health by proactively mapping and warming relationships across technical talent networks
- 3Develop market intelligence insights on talent landscapes and compensation trends
- 4Level up existing recruiting processes to create industry-leading candidate experiences
- 5Act as a trusted voice in technical discussions about AI infrastructure and agent capabilities
- 6Automate sourcing and screening using creative strategies beyond traditional LinkedIn tools
- 7Communicate with clarity and candor during difficult conversations with candidates and internal teams
- 8Build automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency
- 9Speak the language of dev tools, APIs, authentication, and AI to connect with specialized talent
- 10Scale an engineering organization through high-growth phases
- 11Drive strategic thinking around how to position Arcade as a category leader in AI hiring
Requirements11
- 15+ years building technical recruiting for engineering teams
- 2Proven success scaling engineering orgs through rapid growth phases
- 3Strong ability to identify and nurture relationships with exceptional technical talent
- 4Expertise in sourcing candidates for complex technical roles beyond traditional channels
- 5Deep understanding of AI infrastructure and agent ecosystems
- 6Experience working with diverse engineering backgrounds including cloud platforms and distributed systems
- 7Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- 8Strong communication skills with empathy and directness
- 9Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and AI-driven tools
