Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Design build and maintain core user-facing features in Circuit’s web application
- 2Translate product requirements and design direction into polished responsive accessible UI
- 3Contribute to frontend architecture patterns and technical decisions with peers
- 4Leverage agentic tools Claude Code Cursor throughout development lifecycle
- 5Own features end-to-end from implementation through testing production release
- 6Write and maintain unit integration and end-to-end tests
- 7Instrument monitor and debug production frontend issues using Datadog RUM
- 8Participate in technical discussions design reviews and planning sessions
- 9Provide code reviews and mentorship to support team-wide quality
- 10Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements and improve UX
- 11Identify and drive incremental improvements to performance accessibility and developer experience
Requirements11
- 17+ years professional frontend or full-stack engineering experience
- 2Proven experience operating as staff or principal-level individual contributor
- 3Collaboration with Product Design teams to iterate UX and balance tradeoffs
- 4Track record building AI-powered product surfaces such as chat interfaces streaming responses
- 5Ability to convert loosely defined requirements into production-ready solutions
- 6Comfort with ambiguous fast-moving environments and self-directed priority management
- 7Fluency with TypeScript React TypeScript and CSS Modules component-scoped styling
- 8Experience with React Query Zustand Storybook Chromatic and monorepo tooling Turborepo Nx
- 9Hands-on experience with Playwright Vitest React Testing Library
- 10Building RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines GitHub Actions Docker and deployment automation
- 11Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices
