- 4Own the agent lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring
- 5Mentor engineers on agent design patterns and code reviews
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent capabilities and metrics
- 7Debug and optimize agent performance in production
Requirements7
- 15+ years building AI solutions with Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 22+ years leading or mentoring AI engineering teams
- 3Expertise in context engineering and conversational agent design
- 4Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks
- 5Experience integrating with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
- 6Strong understanding of RAG and vector databases like Pinecone
- 7Bachelors in CS or related field
