What You'll Do7
- 1Deploy Devin AI and GenAI tools across LOB engineering teams within the first 90 days.
- 2Train engineering teams on autonomous development workflows with Devin.
- 3Design adoption playbooks for GenAI tooling, tailoring to each LOB's needs.
- 4Debug integration issues and optimize GenAI workflows in production.
- 5Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and iterating on deployment strategies.
- 6Scale best practices for Devin usage across multiple teams.
- 7Lead upskilling sessions on GenAI tools to boost self-sufficiency.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in software engineering or DevOps, with 2+ years on GenAI tools like Devin.
- 2Hands-on experience deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
- 3Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for tool integration.
- 4Proven track record training technical teams on new tools.
- 5Experience with Kubernetes and AWS for infrastructure deployment.
- 6Ability to travel to Charlotte, NC for onsite work.
