Overview
Azumo seeks an AI Agent Systems Architect to lead intelligent application development at scale. This role drives ownership of generative AI architecture from ideation through deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in full-lifecycle AI development and scales solutions across enterprise environments.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement production-grade stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph CrewAI or Python execution loops
- 2Lead end-to-end development including data preparation tool integration via MCP and secure cloud deployment on Azure or AWS
- 3Establish MLOps pipelines with Langfuse Ragas for automated prompt regression tracking and hallucination mitigation
- 4Apply Responsible AI guardrails and HITL gating throughout solution delivery
- 5Translate business requirements into technical designs and prototype solutions with stakeholder workshops
- 6Contribute to Azumo’s innovation roadmap through research exploration and insight publishing
- 7Containerize applications and enforce context-window recovery/caching strategies
- 8Optimize inference performance using vector databases Pinecone LanceDB and Azure AI Search
- 9Mentor junior engineers and champion modern software engineering practices
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ML NLP or Generative AI systems in production environments
- 2Expert-level Python and software engineering fundamentals including async programming API design testing CI/CD Git containers
- 3Hands-on experience with stateful AI agent frameworks LangGraph LangChain CrewAI MCP vector databases
- 4Active use of AI-assisted coding tools Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot for accelerated development
- 5Proven cloud deployment expertise Docker serverless microservices Azure preferred AWS acceptable
- 6Strong written verbal communication skills for explaining complex architectural concepts
- 7Professional English proficiency C1 level
- 8Preferred experience with HITL workflows automated evaluation suites deterministic fallback logic
- 9Additional contributions to research papers open-source AI libraries AI engineering community involvement
