- 2Create and test agent driven workflows that mirror critical business processes and extract actionable insights for model improvement
- 3Identify gaps in AI agent reasoning and tool use, and convert findings into precise feedback and improvement recommendations
- 4Build and maintain robust examples, test cases, and operational playbooks drawn from daily work activities
- 5Collaborate with research and product teams to relay domain feedback and influence AI development
- 6Document outcomes and contribute to a library of best practices for AI agent adoption and enablement
Requirements5
- 1Proven track record in a professional domain such as Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or similar where AI agents play a part
- 2Experience linking data sources, setting up permissions, and integrating AI agents with productivity tools and business systems
- 3Hands on experience designing and operating multi tool agent workflows using platforms like Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- 4Strong analytical ability to spot performance gaps and propose domain grounded solutions
- 5Ability to clearly explain complex process requirements and improvement plans to both technical and non technical stakeholders
