What You'll Do10
- 1Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the school's mission
- 2Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials, bulletin boards, and clerical tasks
- 3Monitor and assist individual students or small groups during learning activities
- 4Supervise students at lunch, recess, and during routine movement
- 5Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals
- 6Maintain confidentiality regarding school matters and adhere to the Diocese Code of Conduct
- 7Collaborate with peers to enhance the work environment and support instructional planning
- 8Maintain current and accurate records according to school policy
- 9Demonstrate professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits
- 10Meet staff development guidelines as set by the Diocese/local administration
