What You'll Do13
- 1Manage development improvement testing and maintenance of online gear stores
- 2Build and maintain reporting related to gear sales purchasing costs and inventory
- 3Analyze gear data to identify trends and support purchasing forecasting and budget decisions
- 4Identify recommend and execute technology and process improvements for the gear program
- 5Manage assigned gear initiatives and projects in collaboration with the Director of Adventure Gear and stakeholders
- 6Support product research development procurement pricing branding and sustainability reviews
- 7Coordinate with vendors regarding product specifications samples pricing and delivery timelines
- 8Reconcile monthly credit card charges investigate fraud issues and approve vendor invoices
- 9Partner with Inventory Manager and Fulfillment Team to align stock levels logistics and delivery timelines
- 10Maintain gear-related web content product information costs purchase orders and operational documentation
- 11Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to align gear operations with organizational objectives
- 12Provide operational backup and support to the Director of Adventure Gear
- 13Assist the Fulfillment Team with organizing packing and shipping as needed
Requirements5
- 13+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce product development purchasing project management or business operations
- 2Experience working with and troubleshooting e-commerce platforms
- 3Strong analytical and reporting skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 4Comfortable learning new technology and working with technical partners
- 5Highly organized detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills
