What You'll Do5

  • 1Observe patients, document changes, and communicate findings to the nursing team.
  • 2Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, and safe movement.
  • 3Perform advanced care: phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, IV line and catheter removal, and wound care.
  • 4Assist with lab sample collection and clerical duties to keep care running smoothly.
  • 5Anticipate patient needs and respond quickly to ensure compassionate, seamless care.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years of experience as a Patient Care Tech or similar role.
  • 2Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • 3PCT or CNA certification required.
  • 4Certified Phlebotomist or Certified in EKG.
  • 5No travel required.
