Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Edge Delivery Services as a Solution Architect driving digital transformation. Own end-to-end delivery of AEM sites and assets leveraging Edge Delivery Services and AI‑accelerated delivery. Scale expertise across Enterprise DAM, AEM Assets, and AI capabilities while mentoring global teams.
What You'll Do11
- 1Organize discovery workshops and lead design architecture for AEM sites using Edge Delivery Services and Assets solutions
- 2Drive development testing and deployment of AEM sites with focus on Test‑Driven Development and CI pipelines
- 3Provide technical guidance on backend frontend code configuration and document‑based authoring
- 4Manage cross‑functional teams of 10+ members across onsite and remote locations
- 5Define Classic‑AEM Edge Delivery migration strategy including content supply chain modeling and automated imports
- 6Champion AI‑assisted delivery using Firefly and AEM AI Assistant to compress timelines
- 7Architect edge compute caching CDN performance Core Web Vitals and security for AEM deployments
- 8Lead migration from traditional AEM Sites to Edge Delivery Services at enterprise scale
- 9Collaborate with clients product owners and internal PMs to align solution design with business outcomes
- 10Deliver comprehensive documentation and post‑deployment support for AEM implementations
- 11Travel between client sites as required to ensure on‑site delivery excellence
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 7 years architecting full‑lifecycle AEM projects with hands‑on AEM Sites experience
- 2Minimum 3 years architecting Edge Delivery Services environments and Git‑based workflows
- 3Minimum 3 years migrating legacy AEM to Edge Delivery Services or comparable modern web platforms
- 4Minimum 3 years leading discovery/design workshops and stakeholder coordination
- 5Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12 years total work experience
- 6Bonus points for Adobe Target, Analytics, AEP, Workfront, Firefly implementation
- 7Proven ability to manage distributed global delivery teams
- 8Advanced knowledge of AEMaaCS, Universal Editor, and CDN configurations
