AEM Developer Remote Boston Massachusetts
Overview
Bright Vision Technologies seeks an AEM Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites AEM Assets and AEM as a Cloud Service. This fully remote full-time position offers competitive compensation and strong career growth potential. The ideal candidate will ship meaningful AEM work in production understand modern AEM patterns including SPA editor and headless delivery and balance technical rigor with editor and content-author needs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and develop AEM Sites components templates and content fragments following modern AEM patterns.
- 2Build OSGi services Sling models servlets and Java backend logic within AEM.
- 3Develop front-end experiences using HTL JavaScript and modern build tools.
- 4Implement headless and hybrid delivery patterns using AEM Content Fragments GraphQL APIs and edge delivery.
- 5Migrate or build implementations on AEM as a Cloud Service with cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.
- 6Develop AEM Assets workflows including DAM customizations and metadata schema design.
- 7Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud Target Analytics and Campaign and external systems.
- 8Implement personalization A/B testing and targeted content delivery using AEM and Adobe Target.
- 9Optimize page performance caching and Dispatcher configuration for high-traffic sites.
- 10Build CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager GitHub Actions or Jenkins for AEM deployments.
- 11Troubleshoot production issues spanning author publish and Dispatcher tiers applying systematic diagnostic techniques and partnering with infrastructure teams.
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience with Adobe Experience Platform
- 38+ years sponsoring U.S. Citizens Green Card holders and EAD holders
- 45+ years working with Java OSGi Sling and HTL
- 5Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
- 6Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments
- 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Salary Insight
$100 - $160k per year
