Adobe CJO/AJO/CJA Developer, AEP & Customer Journey
Overview
You own the end-to-end implementation and integration of Adobe Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO/AJO) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You join a cross-functional team of engineers and data analysts inside the marketing technology group at TechTalent Solutions. You design customer journey workflows, connect disparate data sources, and build real-time analytics dashboards. This role stands apart because you work directly with Adobe Experience Cloud products at a scale that impacts millions of customer interactions, from architecture to deployment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement customer journey orchestration flows using Adobe CJO/AJO, integrating with AEP for real-time personalization.
- 2Build and maintain CJA data views and connection configurations to deliver cross-channel analytics insights.
- 3Integrate AEP with external systems, including Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, to unify customer profiles and audiences.
- 4Configure and optimize journey triggers, segment definitions, and action execution in AJO to drive conversion.
- 5Debug and troubleshoot issues in CJA reporting and AJO campaign delivery, ensuring data accuracy and flow integrity.
- 6Collaborate with data engineers to define schemas, datasets, and identity mapping within Adobe Experience Platform.
- 7Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers on Adobe best practices.
- 8Ship first 90 days: complete a velocity analysis and implement a personalized cross-channel journey in AJO using real-time data from AEP.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of overall software development experience, with 5+ years specifically in Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- 2Hands-on experience with Adobe CJO/AJO and Adobe CJA in production environments.
- 3Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data modeling, including XDM schemas and identity resolution.
- 4Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for custom integrations and API development.
- 5Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for connecting Adobe solutions to third-party systems.
- 6Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data in CJA and AEP.
- 7Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including AEP, AJO, and CJA.
- 8Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in Adobe stack.
