What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate and facilitate admission process for new residents
- 2Review and process referrals medical records and admission documentation
- 3Communicate with hospitals physicians case managers residents families and referral sources
- 4Obtain and verify insurance and demographic information
- 5Coordinate admissions with nursing social services business office and other departments
- 6Maintain accurate admission records and referral information
- 7Follow up with referral sources regarding pending and prospective admissions
- 8Assist with transportation and admission arrangements when needed
- 9Provide residents and families information about facility services policies and procedures
- 10Ensure confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies
- 11Support census development and build relationships with referral partners
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- 4Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- 5Professional and compassionate approach
- 6Knowledge of insurance verification and healthcare documentation
- 7Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record systems
- 8Collaborative teamwork with clinical and administrative teams
