What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain accurate data entry systems using Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2Design and implement processes for processing police-generated reports
- 3Lead quality assurance reviews of documentation for statutory compliance
- 4Dive into criminal records retrieval and secure redaction procedures
- 5Scale database interactions across RMS CAD and Virginia State Police systems
- 6Own time and attendance tracking and supply management functions
- 7Drive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding records
- 8Support central records division through administrative support tasks
- 9Maintain confidentiality while adapting to changing priorities
- 10Collaborate with supervisors on additional assignments as needed
- 11Process and verify sensitive information according to department protocols
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons in records management roles
- 3VA Criminal Information Network certification within 6 months
- 4Background and credit checks satisfactory to employer
- 5Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred
