What You'll Do12
- 1Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources
- 2Confirms completeness of received information and resolves inconsistencies
- 3Accurately enters required data into databases spreadsheets
- 4Creates case project files
- 5Manages validation and verification of case files
- 6Tracks case file status to confirm compliance with deadlines
- 7Manages requests for additional information
- 8Selects relevant information to prepare documents reports summaries
- 9Manipulates transfers computers prints information
- 10Prepares and modifies reports correspondence using word processing software
- 11Provides accurate timely status updates
- 12Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements12
- 1Active TS Clearance preferred
- 2Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma GED with two years experience
- 3One year experience in asset forfeiture or law enforcement field including legal military experience
- 4Ability to grasp organization and functions of the customer
- 5Demonstrated project workload management skills
- 6Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 7Competence to review interpret evaluate extract data from complex legal non-legal documents
- 8Strong attention to detail meticulous data entry skills
- 9Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications Excel PowerPoint Word
- 10Proven commitment to provide excellent customer service positive flexible
- 11U.S. Citizenship and 7 or 10 year minimum background investigation
- 12Active Top Secret security clearance required for 20% pay differential
