Overview

Own scheduling, documentation, and logistical support for the Sr. Counsel, Director of CEO Engagement in a high-exposure ministry setting. Partner with finance and HR to process awards and optimize executive workflows. Lead administrative initiatives and provide back-up coverage to ensure seamless CEO Office operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive project management within a faith-based organization.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Provide full administrative support to the Sr. Counsel, Director of CEO Engagement including scheduling, expenses, travel, calendar control, bar registrations and CLE compliance
  • 2Assist with preparation for CEO engagements, speeches, and public events
  • 3Coordinate and manage routine communications and meetings including planning Senior Leader events and All Team Meetings
  • 4Maintain centralized database of CEO messaging materials, speech content, media appearances and supporting resources
  • 5Assist with expense reports, timecards, and PTO request approvals
  • 6Cross-train in briefing materials preparation, travel logistics, and stakeholder interactions for CEO
  • 7Provide back-up coverage for CEO travel and related correspondence and projects
  • 8Collaborate with Finance and HR to process recognition awards for team members
  • 9Support additional duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • 10Demonstrate project-oriented workflow from initiation to completion within the CEO Office

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 23+ years of administrative experience
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • 5Ability to interact with ministry leaders, allied attorneys, and executive team members
  • 6Ability to manage all assignments with urgency, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • 7Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • 8Self-starter with punctuality and dependability
  • 9Legal office administrative experience a plus
  • 10Experience coordinating events and travel for senior leaders
