Overview
Lead technical execution of metal additive manufacturing from build completion to shipment. Own production strategies for post-processing heat treatment depowdering EDM scaling and inspection. Drive continuous improvement of first-pass yield and process capability. Provide technical leadership for Solukon furnace and wire EDM operations. Develop DfAM guidelines and coordinate cross-functional teams. Mentor engineers and ensure compliance with government contracts. Partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact improvements aligned with business objectives.

Requirements10
- 1U.S. Citizenship required for government contract work
- 212+ years hands-on experience in metal additive manufacturing
- 3Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Materials Science
- 4Expertise in Powder Bed Fusion and downstream operations
- 5Strong knowledge of GD&T dimensional inspection and scan-based metrology
- 6Proven leadership in continuous improvement initiatives
- 7Experience scaling high-value low-volume production
- 8Familiarity with government contract and export-controlled hardware regulations
- 9Ability to operate on manufacturing floor while influencing strategy
- 10Track record solving complex manufacturing challenges through engineering analysis
