What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct therapy services to patients admitted to a level of care where service provision is required seven days a week including holidays
- 2Evaluate patients select and administer assessment techniques and develop care plans that incorporate modalities procedures exercises and therapeutic groups
- 3Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants Rehab Technicians volunteers and students while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- 4Gather interpret data from medical records physician reports and families to create comprehensive patient care plans
- 5Communicate evaluation results and progress updates to physicians referral sources and clinical staff while recommending solutions for patient care issues
- 6Document evaluations tests progress notes daily treatment notes attendance records patient/family education outcomes and discharge notes
- 7Coordinate patient schedules treatment programs and discharge planning to support safe mobility and functional independence
- 8Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA regulations throughout all aspects of patient care
- 9Participate in weekly team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multidisciplinary rehab teams
- 35+ years constructing ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 43-5 seasons managing complex patient cases in acute settings
- 55+ years delivering evidence‑based interventions for functional independence
- 6Full‑time status with benefits eligibility
- 7Onsite work schedule Monday Friday typical 8‑hour shifts
- 8Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasional heavy lifting
- 9Corrected hearing and vision sufficient for clinical tasks
- 10Sitting, standing and walking required throughout the day
