What You'll Do5
- 1Support OT practitioners in executing procedures and complex treatments for safe evaluations and effective care
- 2Design personalized treatment plans targeting functional independence and coordinate multidisciplinary care with nursing PT and SLP
- 3Address self-care skills cognitive deficits home safety adaptive equipment needs and caregiver training
- 4Apply strong clinical reasoning to achieve measurable patient outcomes within 90 days
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and uphold therapeutic standards
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in skilled nursing occupational therapy
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification optional
- 55+ years designing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 63-5 seasons managing multiple patient caseloads
