Overview
The Accounts Receivable Generalist at Earthtones Companies will own invoice preparation and cash flow optimization at scale. This role drives financial operations excellence through precise billing processes and strategic collaboration. You will lead initiatives that enhance collection efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and issue customer invoices following company policies and contract terms
- 2Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers for timely payments
- 3Research and resolve billing discrepancies through bi-monthly meetings with Project Management
- 4Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project data reflects accurately in invoices
- 5Generate and distribute AR reports highlighting overdue accounts and collection status
- 6Support month-end closing processes including AR reconciliations and revenue reporting
- 7Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- 8Assist in process improvements to streamline billing communication and collection activities
- 9Provide prompt professional responses to billing inquiries
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field or equivalent experience
- 21+ years of experience in billing accounts receivable or general accounting
- 3Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks NetSuite SAP or similar
- 4Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- 5Excellent communication interpersonal abilities with team-oriented approach
Salary Insight
$55 - $65k per year
