Accounts Receivable Analyst, Automotive & BI Tools
Overview
You will own reconciliation of customer accounts for DENSO's automotive accounts, analyzing AR data to resolve complex issues. You will collaborate with Quality, Delivery, plants, and AR teams to manage chargebacks and secure approvals. This role requires strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools. You will also support audits and special projects, ensuring targets are met.
What You'll Do9
- 1Reconcile customer accounts and prepare account management reports within your first 90 days.
- 2Prepare cash application details to support check posting and ensure accuracy.
- 3Send and manage chargebacks, including adjustment creation and cross-functional monitoring to closure.
- 4Collaborate with Quality, Delivery, plants, and AR teams to obtain necessary approvals.
- 5Perform price entry, validation, and retro price change processing as needed.
- 6Analyze AR data to identify trends and resolve outstanding issues independently.
- 7Act as liaison between customers, affiliates, and internal sales, accounting, and delivery departments.
- 8Oversee and assist special projects to meet management targets.
- 9Summarize and analyze data for audits, reviews, and inquiries.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with emphasis in Management Information Systems or IT preferred.
- 20-3 years of experience with ownership of assigned accounts.
- 3Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and BI tools.
- 4Experience with Excel including advanced functions.
- 5Strong analytical skills to evaluate and develop innovative solutions.
- 6Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- 7Experience with credit analysis and accounts receivable (automotive preferred).
