What You'll Do11
- 1Reconcile loan and accounting transactions using ACBS and ERP systems
- 2Perform daily reconciliations between operational systems and general ledger
- 3Complete ten reconciliations per day while monitoring assigned work queues
- 4Process invoices and ensure accurate customer billing distribution
- 5Investigate reconciliation variances and resolve exceptions
- 6Participate in daily team huddles to review workload and prioritize tasks
- 7Collaborate through rotating responsibilities to ensure balanced coverage
- 8Maintain accurate records according to departmental policies
- 9Adhere to SLAs with morning and end-of-day deadlines
- 10Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal departments and vendors
- 11Enter cash transactions and reconcile cash reports
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading finance operations teams
- 3Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 4Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 5Strong analytical skills in GAAP and financial reporting
