Under the direction of the Director of Finance, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and support the annual budget and audit. What You'll Do7

  • 1Calculate, create, reconcile, and verify company accounts receivable transactions to maintain accurate accounting records.
  • 2Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • 3Assist in preparing the annual budget and analyze quarterly variances against actual results.
  • 4Contribute to year-end reporting and the annual audit.
  • 5Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls; maintain documentation of procedures.
  • 6Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • 7Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 23-7 years professional accounting experience.
  • 3Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
  • 4Experience with general ledger functions, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • 5Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • 6Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis).
  • 7Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • 8Ability to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • 9Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
