Overview
The Account Coordinator will own client interactions and support operations at Lange Fresh Sales in Dallas. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure seamless communication across shippers carriers and customers while maintaining high standards of professionalism and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with the Account Manager to build strong relationships with customers carriers and shippers to resolve issues promptly
- 2Manage invoicing processes purchase orders and collections to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- 3Enter data accurately and produce reports for operational decisions
- 4Coordinate with carriers on loading and unloading to maintain logistics efficiency
- 5Handle filing typing and confidential material management
- 6Perform other duties as assigned
- 7Drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- 8Support dispatch operations through coordination and scheduling
- 9Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10Solve problems before they arise to prevent disruptions

Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree required
- 21+ years of administrative account coordinator experience
- 3Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- 4Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 5Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency
- 6Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- 7E-Verify verification experience preferred
- 8Experience with data entry invoicing and dispatch operations beneficial
