What You'll Do11

  • 1Provide comprehensive administrative support to fellowship directors and fellows
  • 2Oversee ACGME accreditation compliance including ADS updates and documentation management
  • 3Coordinate recruitment through ERAS SF Match and AAN including screening and interview scheduling
  • 4Manage resident onboarding completing licensure credentialing and hospital system orientations
  • 5Support daily fellowship administration updating schedules generating evaluations and processing reimbursements
  • 6Coordinate rotations and credentialing across partner hospitals ensuring timely submissions
  • 7Prepare verification and annual reports for AAN ACGME CNPD and California Medical Board
  • 8Attend institutional meetings and facilitate meetings with directors and fellows
  • 9Assist with vacation requests schedule changes and reimbursement assistance
  • 10Develop and analyze evaluation surveys producing biannual reports
  • 11Demonstrate proficiency with accreditation systems MyEvaluations Zoom and DEA documentation tools

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree required with graduate medical education experience preferred
