Overview
The ABA Implementer L supports clients through trauma informed interventions fostering growth in natural settings. Reports to the Autism Supervisor and Clinical Director at the Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism. Focus on reducing challenging behaviors while providing compassionate care.
What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver intensive ABA interventions tailored to individual client needs
- 2Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data throughout sessions
- 3Develop and implement behavior reduction strategies based on assessment findings
- 4Provide supervision by Coordinator/Supervisor and Behavior Analysts
- 5Assist clients with daily living activities and community integration
- 6Complete necessary documentation and billing forms
- 7Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational protocols
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2Prior ABA experience beneficial but not mandatory
- 3Physical stamina for prolonged sitting standing bending and occasional lifting
- 4Normal hearing and manual dexterity for office equipment operation
- 5Ability to manage stress irregular hours and demanding situations
