- 1Build and submit accurate claims using Python and AWS integrated tools
- 2Verify patient eligibility and authorization details before claim entry
- 3Monitor claim status through EMR and billing platforms
- 4Resolve denials by researching coding errors and appealing decisions
- 5Conduct daily outreach to insurers via phone and portals
- 6Track aging accounts and prioritize high-value claims
- 7Document all interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA
- 8Analyze denial trends to improve billing processes
- 9Coordinate with clinical teams to gather documentation
- 10Process reimbursements and reconcile payments
- 11Lead proactive outreach to prevent future claim delays
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in medical billing and insurance collections
- 2Expertise in ABA therapy billing and CPT code interpretation
- 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for data pipelines
- 4Strong knowledge of Medicaid and commercial payer requirements
- 5Ability to handle complex denials and negotiate with insurers
- 6Experience with EOBs, ERAs, and payment reconciliation systems
- 7Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 9Familiarity with Kubernetes for scalable billing solutions
- 10Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- 11Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume claims
