What You'll Do9
- 1Build strong client relationships to increase sales of nonstandard auto insurance
- 2Solicit new business and maintain production targets
- 3Expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management
- 4Accurately record all financial transactions and deposit deposits
- 5Provide product education and advice to meet customer needs
- 6Develop strategies to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
- 7Collaborate with team members to share best practices
- 8Utilize CRM tools to track leads and opportunities
- 9Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3BCBA certification required
- 420+04 licensed insurance sales representative
- 5High school diploma or GED
- 6Proven ability to speak both English and Spanish
- 7Previous sales or customer service experience
- 8Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 9Ability to work on‑site in Tampa Florida
- 10Willingness to travel within Florida
