X-Ray Technologist (CRT) Job in San Francisco - C-Dental
Overview
As an X-Ray Technologist at C-Dental, you'll operate CBCT and digital radiography systems for 2,000+ Bay Area dentists. You'll join a team that pioneers 3D dental imaging, with full training in CAD software and cloud applications. No dental experience required, we train you. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform CBCT scans and panoramic radiographs on patients using Carestream and Planmeca equipment.
- 2Capture intra-oral images and digital photographs for dental records and treatment planning.
- 3Process and analyze 3D volume data using eR3D and Invivo software to produce diagnostic images.
- 4Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring safety and comfort during procedures.
- 5Maintain imaging equipment daily, performing quality control checks and troubleshooting minor issues.
- 6Collaborate with dentists and specialists to optimize imaging protocols for each case.
- 7Train new technologists on CBCT and 3D imaging workflows, sharing best practices.
- 8Manage patient imaging schedules and data entry in our PACS system to ensure accuracy.
Requirements7
- 1California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- 21+ years experience in radiography or imaging, new grads encouraged to apply
- 3Proficiency with PC and imaging software (training on CBCT and 3D tools provided)
- 4Basic dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
- 5Ability to work onsite at Bay Area locations: Menlo Park, Mountain View, West Portal, San Mateo
- 6Valid CPR certification
- 7Availability for training at Menlo Park location
