WTI Analyst - CITT Technical Analyst
Overview
All-Source Analyst performing technical analysis and supporting collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces concerning target device TTPs technology and safe handling procedures. This position supports C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland. The role involves independent operation in austere environments and travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
What You'll Do23
- 1Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces concerning target device TTPs technology and safe handling procedures
- 2Produce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DOD exploitation efforts
- 3Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts to enable threat network targeting
- 4Conduct technical analysis of and exploitation of Unmanned Systems IED’s and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profiles
- 5Assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces concerning target device TTPs technology and safe handling procedures
- 6Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information
- 7Travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to support theater level exploitation efforts
- 8Deploy and perform expected duties independently in possible austere environments
- 9Perform functional analyses of commercial base technology devices specifically RCIED and UAS and brief these devices with technical proficiency
- 10Provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs
- 11Research unclassified and classified databases to support laboratory exploitation reports
- 12Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information
- 13Research author and coordinate threat assessments to support the Combatant Commander and/or leaders in the intelligence community
- 14Present discuss and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community
- 15Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures
- 16Generate/provide specialized analytical products
- 17Search screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts
- 18Utilize standard MS Office applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts
- 19Operate as member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements
- 20Provide intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs
- 21Conduct functional analyses of commercial base technology devices specifically RCIED and UAS
- 22Familiarity with ICD 203 Intelligence Community standards or prior experience within an IC
- 23Basic understanding of electronic circuits or ability to work with electronic engineers and translate technical exploitation reporting into actionable reporting
Requirements20
- 1Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
- 2All Source Military intelligence MOS background and completion of formal military intelligence training school e.g. 35F
- 3BA/BS or associate’s degree plus 3 years experience or 6 years of experience
- 4Experience with C-UAS and/or C-IED analysis and reporting
- 5Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items
- 6Must have experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices specifically RCIED and UAS and brief these devices with technical proficiency
- 7Must demonstrate ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs
- 8Research unclassified and classified databases to support laboratory exploitation reports
- 9Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information
- 10Research author and coordinate threat assessments to support the Combatant Commander and/or leaders in the intelligence community
- 11Present discuss and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community
- 12Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures
- 13Knowledge of current events in targeting customs historical assessment and pattern analysis processes
- 14Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products
- 15Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products
- 16Strong research analytical and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences
- 17Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements
- 18Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs
- 19Familiarity with ICD 203 Intelligence Community standards or prior experience within an IC
