Workday SCM Manager - AMS
Overview
Lead a client-facing Procurement and Supplier support function in a post-production environment. Drive operational stability and continuous improvement of Workday Procurement, Supplier, and Accounts Payable processes. Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end procure-to-pay solutions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own and execute day-to-day procurement activities within Workday SCM
- 2Design and implement improvements to supplier onboarding and management workflows
- 3Collaborate with financial teams to resolve accounts payable issues
- 4Provide cross-functional support for procure-to-pay initiatives
- 5Mentor junior staff and lead complex problem solving scenarios
- 6Drive adoption of best practices for spend analysis and cost reduction
- 7Maintain accurate documentation of process enhancements
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for supplier contracts
- 9Present regular performance metrics to senior leadership
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday Supply Chain Management
- 2Proven success in post-production or AMS environments
- 3Strong functional expertise in Workday Procurement and Supplier Management
- 4Hands-on experience supporting Accounts Payable within Workday SCM
- 5Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional financial teams
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7No travel required unless specifically requested by client
- 8Active Workday SCM or Financials certification preferred
- 9Prior experience with procurement software and integration tools
- 10Excellent communication and executive presence
