What You'll Do6
- 1Assess current grants requirements and existing security role configurations in Workday to identify gaps
- 2Review current-state business processes and recommend changes to optimize the Grants Management module
- 3Identify required configuration modifications to improve grants management functionality and controls
- 4Document findings and propose updates to system configurations and business processes
- 5Support Workday Financials maintenance activities focused on Grants Management optimization
- 6Lead workstreams and provide clear guidance to team members on configuration tasks
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2Workday certification in Grants or Financials
- 31+ year of Workday experience reviewing business requirements, system configurations, and business processes
- 4Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- 5Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 6Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- 7Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
