What You'll Do7
- 1Perform comprehensive blade damage assessments using visual inspection techniques
- 2Execute external and internal blade repairs including sanding grinding and laminating procedures
- 3Apply composite lamination methods using polyester and epoxy resins
- 4Utilize aerial platforms rigging systems and proper tag line protocols
- 5Conduct all work according to safety standards while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- 6Ship completed repairs to client sites within scheduled timelines
- 7Document all maintenance activities and equipment usage logs
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 2 years wind energy industry experience
- 25+ years full lifecycle blade repair expertise
- 3Proven construction environment familiarity
- 4Composite lamination certification preferred
- 5Respiratory fit test clearance required
- 6Ability to lift 75lbs and work at heights up to 300ft
- 7Valid driver's license with vehicle operation experience
- 8Background check clearance and drug screening ability
