What You'll Do10
- 1Join the team to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components for bakery equipment
- 2Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to specification and ensure weld quality
- 3Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide fabrication
- 4Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to minimize downtime
- 5Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- 6Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize fabrication workflows
- 7Inspect completed welds and perform final quality checks
- 8Document welding activities and materials used for compliance
- 9Support continuous improvements in welding processes and safety programs
- 10Assist with setup and teardown of welding stations as needed
Requirements5
- 1At least 1 year experience as a Welder
- 2Ability to weld all types of metals aluminum, stainless steel, and cold roll steel
- 3Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- 4Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team
