Requirements11
- 1Nursing degree from accredited institution
- 2Minimum 2 years direct care experience in long-term or geriatric settings
- 3At least 1 year nursing management experience
- 4Current CPR certification
- 5Meet all state licensing requirements without disciplinary actions
- 6Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 7Ability to work flexible weekend hours including nights and holidays
- 8Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks
