Requirements8
- 1Zero to two years of experience required RN experience preferred BSN strongly preferred
- 2Strong relationship building skills with staff physicians and patients
- 3Ability to work effectively in dynamic environment manage multiple priorities use critical thinking for patient care decisions
- 4Licensure CPR AHA standards within 30 days of hire graduate nurses must complete licensure examination within six months of hire or one year of graduation whichever comes first
- 5Basic Life Support CPR Registered Nurse or Temporary Practice Permit
- 6RN license issued in state where facility is located or in a licensure compact agreement state
- 7Hire and current employees on out of state NLC license who later change residency to state where facility is located will have 60 days to apply for licensure within that state
- 8Act 33 / 34 / 73 with renewal
