Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Monitor patient health and develop individualized care plans

Requirements7
- 1Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute or home health settings
- 2Active CA nursing license
- 3BSN or higher degree required
- 4Valid CPR and BLS certification
- 5Reliable transportation method
- 6Experience with EHR systems
- 7Strong communication skills
