What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and maintain a portfolio of investment and insurance clients, growing revenue through proactive prospecting and referrals.
  • 2Design personalized financial plans based on client needs, then monitor and adjust them as their circumstances change.
  • 3Present investment and insurance strategies clearly, recommending products that align with each client's goals.
  • 4Coach internal business partners on identifying investment opportunities, raising awareness across the team.
  • 5Drive client loyalty by delivering exceptional service, resolving issues quickly, and deepening share of wallet.
  • 6Meet regularly with partners to review pipeline status and business results, ensuring lead follow-up meets service agreements.
  • 7Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and PNC policies, managing risk in every client interaction.

Requirements8

  • 13+ years of direct industry experience in wealth management or financial advising.
  • 2FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) licenses, active and in good standing.
  • 3Life and Health insurance licenses, active and in good standing.
  • 4Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5Proven track record in client prospecting, building relationships, and retaining business.
  • 6Strong financial analysis and modeling skills to craft sound investment strategies.
  • 7Excellent communication and public speaking abilities for client presentations and internal coaching.
  • 8Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an in-office environment.
