Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 21 years of age
- 3One year of supervisory experience
- 4Utility foreman certification preferred
- 5Proven expertise in water meter installation techniques
- 6Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- 7Strong communication skills for customer and internal interactions
- 8Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
- 9Experience with route planning and time management
- 10Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
