What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain high-quality cleaning processes using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design intuitive workflows leveraging React to improve operational efficiency
- 3Lead daily operations ensuring quality standards are met across all shifts
- 4Ship results by analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements
- 5Debug technical issues related to equipment maintenance and software integration
- 6Drive customer engagement through friendly interactions and proactive service
- 7Scale service delivery to meet growing demand in the local market
- 8Debug and resolve technical challenges during peak hours
- 9Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex customer service systems
- 3Full-time availability required for shift coverage
- 4Onsite work in Detroit Michigan
- 5Competitive pay starting at $13.75 per hour
