What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving shipping storing picking packing staging loading shipping verifying materials quantities condition documentation against purchase orders maintain accurate shipping receiving logs record transactions promptly
- 2Prepare outbound shipments ensuring materials quantities packaging labeling documentation accuracy Respond promptly to urgent requests from internal personnel customers vendors carriers and field-service personnel
- 3Safely operate forklift and material-handling equipment following safety requirements maintain clean organized accessible safe warehouse environment label segregate protect store materials support staging loading return equipment for field-service and bio-decontamination projects
- 4Maintain accurate physical electronic inventory records conduct cycle counts schedule full inventories investigate discrepancies communicate variances follow procedures minimize discrepancies loss damage obsolete inventory
- 5Monitor inventory levels communicate potential shortages maintain required documentation ensure transactions reflected in records adhere to GMP ISO 13485 quality-system regulatory requirements
- 6Monitor facility conditions coordinate routine maintenance repairs improvements coordinate with janitorial landscaping security maintenance providers ensure clean organized safe operational environment
- 7Assist with mobilization demobilization of equipment materials supplies for field projects prepare stage verify load account equipment assist handling setup breakdown cleaning transportation return of equipment
- 8Promote safety accountability responsiveness continuous improvement support other duties as assigned

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
